hmm. good question.

If you've got title with you, you'll probably import them as temporary import. Meaning they have to leave at some point. Meaning that when you leave, and try to come back, they may ask you where those jet skis are.

How long will you stay / are you leaving them there?

based on our boat imports, this is what I think:

Our boat was put ON our passport -- IE, so when we left, we had to also leave WITH the boat. now, we sold in Costa Rica so I can't definitively talk about Panama, but as I understand it would be the same.

I think you'll have some passport issues unless you import them (and most probably pay a tax on them)

Yours is the best idea.i know a private jet rental firm which can give you much more facilities then anyone else...
